Not receiving notifications?

- Please follow these steps:
- Open the mobile app and click on the lines on the upper righthand side.
- Click "Profile"
- Ensure that your phone number is typed correctly with only the area code and seven other digits. Do not include any dashes or other symbols.
- Open the app once it has re-downloaded.
- When you first open it, you will get a few pop ups from your phone - be sure to click "ALLOW" on all of them.
- Login with your credentials & you should be good to go! Please note, you MUST stay logged into the application to get app banner notifications.
